The Challenge

With prime locations across New York City, Irving Farm Coffee Roasters is a staple for New Yorkers on the go. A blossoming e-commerce business helps compliment the in-person experience, and grow the brand across the country. Verbal+Visual initially was tasked with the full redesign of the Irving Farm platform. Following launch we have continued working with the Irving Farm team, most recently with the challenge of building out their wholesale channel to ensure their many wholesale customers could self service.

The Solution

The digital experience compliments the physical locations by highlighting Irving Farm’s rich history and products, providing in depth information for each unique roast, and showcasing Irving Farm’s engaging events. By highlighting the story behind each blend, V+V brought the mission of Irving Farm to the forefront of the digital experience. Using Shopify's wholesale channel we were able to release a portal that allows wholesale customers to place orders and reorders on their own, freeing up a lot of time for the Irving Farm team to work on new initiatives and growth.
