TellTale empowers women to explore their story and celebrate their courage.

TellTale, a new lingerie brand from the Chico’s FAS family, was looking for a partner to bring its radical mission and way of storytelling to life. Believing that a woman has more than one ‘look’ and that she expresses herself differently on any given day, we set out to craft a commerce experience that empowers women to explore and their own daily journey.

The Definition Of Your Day

Telling the story of your day, whether you’re The Dreamer, The Creator, or another ‘The’, is central to the ethos of TellTale. Through establishing customers emotions and passions for the day ahead with their undergarment selection, we provided customers with a path to define themselves however they so choose, each and every day.

An Intimate Customer Journey

In order to encourage customers to identify with their potential purchases, we grouped products so they could explore collections defined by mood, character, or story. A mix of lifestyle and product photos engage a tactile sensation of each product line, enabling customers to reinvent themselves for the day ahead.
